I'm definitely going to read more in the series, so really looking forward to seeing how the pack dynamics develop.

I do love kick-ass heroines! Seems like Kelley Armstrong is always a good go-to author for them :-)Victoria Hooperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00781566476728948415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8713005968215558746.post-939619511350876142013-03-03T18:33:31.394+00:002013-03-03T18:33:31.394+00:00It's definitely worth a read, such great chara...It's definitely worth a read, such great characters and a really addictive story! :-) Hehe yeah, it seems to be a bit of a running theme.Victoria Hooperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00781566476728948415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8713005968215558746.post-48271586476403793152013-03-03T17:11:23.881+00:002013-03-03T17:11:23.881+00:00I actually think some of your quibbles will get ir...I actually think some of your quibbles will get ironed out if you continue with the series. I love her werewolves and, although I can't really remember feeling the pack/mutt divide being so extreme in the first book, the pack dynamics become quite complex. However her world is full of so many different magical creatures and she does have great kick-ass heroines.

Interestingly she wrote this as a standalone and the response made her start a series. Maybe if she were planning a series from the start, they might not have been so black and white.Elliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14377404526123600035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8713005968215558746.post-37130251335263026882013-03-03T16:18:20.072+00:002013-03-03T16:18:20.072+00:00I have read and loved a few Armstrong books, so i ...I have read and loved a few Armstrong books, so i am curious about this series, and yes all of these books in this genre tend to have rich packs and half-breeds gone mad!Kimberly @ Caffeinated Reviewerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15658833731713991138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8713005968215558746.post-5809950929854674992013-02-27T13:22:04.119+00:002013-02-27T13:22:04.119+00:00It's such an addictive book isn't it! :-) ...It's such an addictive book isn't it! :-) I'm looking forward to trying the others too.Victoria Hooperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00781566476728948415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8713005968215558746.post-25410145344461532582013-02-27T00:27:08.618+00:002013-02-27T00:27:08.618+00:00I have read the first 3 books in this series.
